New Offices for the Regency Group
This three storey office building in Weston super Mare comprises a steel frame with composite steel/concrete floors, supported off reinforced concrete ground beams and piles. A sustainable urban drainage system was incorporated in the form of porous paving, which attenuated surface water to prevent the overloading of existing sewers.
